Let’s Play: Satisfactory (PC), New Power Supply

Here we go! After some preliminary testing it looks like just needed a new power supply for my computer restart issue to be resolved. I’m not sure what could have caused the issue to manifest, but I hope to get more than two and a half years out of my new GPU and power supply.

Also, in need of a new power supply, is my Satisfactory base from our last Satisfactory stream. And depending on how fast we can upgrade to coal power plants, we can really start to scale up production and expand.

So far, building and maintaining my gaming PC has been a lot like playing Oxygen Not Included. There are almost endless possibilities, there’s always room for improvement and it’ll probably be the death of me. But we’re going to stay positive as we continue looking for a solution to my crashing issues, just with the net gain of now having an RTX 2080Ti.

Full disclosure, I kept playing Oxygen Not Included after going offline last stream. And just like that, this game has sucked me back in. So, it’s time to bring some order to all this chaos.

Now I was expecting to have a new GPU tonight. However, it appears that even when I try to do a lock box pick up from Amazon, my schedule makes me miss the drop off time. Nevertheless, I should be all set for tomorrow.
