Let’s Play: Monster Hunter: World (PC), Part 3

Still getting a feel for Monster Hunter: World controls and motivation to loot up, gear up, and level up. At first, I thought that I was going to become addicted to the gameplay and the grind to become stronger, more skilled and loot hording.

I can only assume that I have a mental block preventing me from fully enjoying the game until I’m better acquainted with the controls, layout and routines of the game. So, for now let’s keep learning the ins and outs of the game before switching to another game.

So, I’ve done some homework on the Insect Glaive in Monster Hunter: World, and I was not disappointed! This thing is cool, and I can’t wait to get better at using it. Even though I haven’t really investigated the other weapons, I feel like I lucked out by choosing and committing to the Insect Glaive, first. At least for now.

I’ve always wanted to try a Monster Hunter game. I knew that the series was already popular in Japan, but since the 2018 release of Monster Hunter: World, the franchise has been well received beyond Japan it’s original fan base. Now let’s go hunt some monsters!
