Let’s Play: Ghost of Tsushima (PS4), Part 4

It seems clear to me that at least part of Ghost of Tsushima is meant to challenge the practicality of the samurai code. At the same time, the game glorifies the extra effort to play honorably, and tries to make dishonorable choices morally ambiguous for the main character. I’m interested to see if there’s a reward for going out of your way as a player to be more honorable than what a casual playthrough demands.

I was finally able to stay more on task with the main objectives, and we’re just starting to be known as “the ghost,” from the game’s title Ghost of Tsushima. It also shows that I’ve been doing a lot of side missions by how overpowered I feel this early in the main story line. I’m still having fun, but that new game smell is already starting to dissipate.
